(For Employers responding to claims) Why did I receive a notification from TADM requesting a representative to be appointed for mediation?

We require the employer to appoint an authorised representative to represent the entity in the mediation process and make decisions on the employment claim(s) filed by the employee concerned.

A notification via email or letter will be sent for this purpose. If you think another colleague should act on it, please forward the email to him/her to complete the process.
