What should I do if I have technical problems on the TADM eServices?

We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox, and browsing in incognito mode. Do ensure that you have disabled all pop-up blockers and cleared your cache before using our eServices.
If you are using a mobile device and the above steps do not work, you may try accessing our eServices using a desktop or laptop.
If you still face an error using our eServices, please contact us with a screenshot of the error, including the date and time and the steps taken before encountering the error.
