(For Employers) Who can attend or represent the company at mediation?

The authorised representative has to be:
- A Director or Partner registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)*;
- A Sole Proprietor registered with ACRA (self-presented); or
- A full-time employee authorised by a Director or Partner, supported by a signed Letter of Authorisation to represent the organisation.
- Generally, only one representative is allowed.
Lawyers are not allowed to represent any party in mediation.

* For other entities e.g. Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST), societies, the representative should be a member of the governing body.
