I filed a case and made payment, what is the next step?

Within 3 working days of payment, you will receive an email from TADM on the next steps of the dispute resolution process. TADM will commence the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) process to resolve the dispute. 

This will involve an exchange of information and evidence(s) on TADM’s ODR portal or a combination of email and phone.
