Last updated 02 Aug 2020Within 3 working days of payment, you will receive an email from TADM on the next steps of the dispute resolution process. TADM will then commence the mediation which is conducted online or in person.

My mediation was conducted online. As the dispute remains unresolved, the mediator is arranging for an in-person session. Can I refuse to attend the session and request for mediation to continue virtually?
