Use "Ask TADM" chatbot to get immediate answers, claim assessment, and to file your claim. It will offer to make an appointment if needed.

Can I opt out of having my case mediated virtually?

If your case has been selected for online mediation through the TADM eServices portal, you are strongly encouraged to participate actively. 

Online mediation allows parties to resolve their disputes at their own convenience, with more flexibility of space and time.
