The other party has not responded to my proposal and there are only a few days left in the e-Negotiation stage. What should I do?

Any party who does not respond to a proposal will be reminded via our system notifications on the next working day. To have the best discussion, you can remind the other party to respond if you are able to reach them via other means.

If the dispute is unresolved after e-Negotiation has ended, a mediator will be assigned to begin mediation.
