If you have an existing appointment, you can manage your appointment online. If you have a case officer, please call or email them directly, based on the contact details provided in your letter.

 

I encounter error while using TADM's eServices

For Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal, we recommend using desktop browser Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for best experience.

For other eServices, we recommend using desktop and Microsoft Edge. Do ensure that you have disabled your pop-up blockers before you file your claim online. If you are unable to make payment, please refer to our payment guide. You need to make payment within 3 calendar days after you file your claim online. Otherwise, your case will be closed automatically and you will need to file a new claim.

If you are still unable to file your claim online or access to ODR portal due to technical errors, please use the form below to contact us with a screenshot of the error, together with the date and time. We will reply to you within 3 to 7 working days.

Visit us

We have two locations with different supporting services. You must make an appointment in advance as phone advisory services with TADM are available by appointment only. Walk-in customers will be asked to make an appointment for a different day.

If you are left with less than one week to submit your claim under the Employment Act or Employment Claims Act, we may attend to you on an exceptional basis. Use our mediation guide to find out what claims are covered and their time limits.
