Responding allows both parties to engage constructively through e‑Negotiation, an online process that lasts 5 working days. During this period, you can clarify issues, exchange proposals, and explore possible settlement options at your convenience.

Resolving the claim(s) during e‑Negotiation may lead to a quicker outcome and help you avoid mediation. Cases that proceed to mediation typically take about 8 weeks to conclude and may involve multiple virtual or in‑person sessions before a resolution is reached.
