I am a Platform Worker with a fee payment-related dispute, what do I do?

Last updated 01 Jan 2025

The Platform Workers Act provides for the rights, obligations, protections and representation of Platform Workers and Platform Operators. The recommendations under the Act will come into effect on 1 January 2025.

You may consider discussing with your Platform Operator to try resolve the dispute first.

If you are a union/Platform Work Association member, you can:
Call NTUC at 6213 8008
Visit NTUC's Workplace Advisory Service for assistance

Otherwise, you may consider exploring legal options through the appropriate channels, such as filing a claim with the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) at the State Courts.

You may also use "Ask TADM" chatbot to get immediate answers. It will offer to make an appointment if needed.
