Can I file a salary or wrongful dismissal claim against a foreign employer?

Claims under the Employment Claims Act cannot be filed against a foreign employer who is not residing, not incorporated or formed under any written law, or does not have a registered office or place of business, in Singapore. You should seek independent legal advice on possible recourse options.
