How do I change or cancel my appointment?

If you have an existing appointment, you can access your dashboard to manage your appointment online.
To reschedule your appointment, log on to your dashboard at least 4 hours before the appointed time to make your changes. Should you miss your appointment slot or attempt to make changes less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, you will need to book a new appointment. Rescheduling will not be available through the dashboard in either case.
If you have a case officer or mediator assigned, please contact them directly via your dashboard or based on the contact details provided in your letter.
