I encountered errors when I tried to change or cancel an appointment online. What do I do?

We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox, and browsing in incognito mode. Do ensure that you have disabled all pop-up blockers and cleared your cache before managing your appointment.

If you are using a mobile device and the above steps do not work, you may try accessing our eServices using a desktop or laptop.

Note: If you miss your appointment or attempt to make changes less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, you will need to book a new appointment. Rescheduling will not be available through the dashboard in either case.

If you still face an error using our eServices, please contact us with a screenshot of the error, including the date and time and the steps taken before encountering the error.
