The chatbot may direct you to make an appointment to speak to us if it cannot address your queries. How long is the appointment and who can attend?

You may first click on “Ask TADM” chatbot advisory service (icon at the bottom right) to find out more. You may be directed to make an appointment to speak to an advisory officer if the chatbot is unable to address your queries.

The advisory appointment is a 45 minutes session and only the person involved in the case will be allowed in the session. 

To facilitate the discussion, you should have with you the key documents relating to your disputes for example;

  • Employment Contract or Key Employment Terms (KET)
  • Payslips and CPF statements
  • Overtime or working hours records
  • Termination letter etc.
