Note: You can submit your mediation request online with your Singpass if you have details/claim amount for your employment claim. You will be notified of the next step via your preferred mode of communication. You can also log into your dashboard via eServices to view your claim.

Click on “Ask TADM” chatbot (icon at the bottom right) to get immediate answers, preliminary assessment and file your claim. The chatbot may direct you to make an appointment to speak to us if it cannot address your queries. We recommend Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox on desktop or laptop for best experience.

Do take note of the time limit(s) to file your claim(s). You may visit the Ministry of Manpower if you have general queries on the Employment Act.

I filed a claim but encountered errors on the payment page or my payment failed. How do I proceed?

We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla Firefox, and browsing in incognito mode. Do ensure that you have disabled all pop-up blockers and cleared your cache before making payment.

If you are using a mobile device and the above steps do not work, you may try accessing our eServices using a desktop or laptop.

If you still face an error using our eServices, please contact us with a screenshot of the error, including the date and time and the steps taken before encountering the error.

Alternatively, you can make payment in person at TADM's Services Centre. Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards, NETS Card, NETS Flashpay, NETS QR Payment and EZ-Link payment methods are accepted. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of filing, failing which the claim will be cancelled and you will need to resubmit your claim.
