I have made the payment. What happens next?

Once you have filed your claim and made the payment, you will receive an email from TADM on the next steps of the dispute resolution process. TADM may facilitate mediation through email or phone. Our mediator will contact you to review the claim(s) in the next 7 working days. Please ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate and up to date.
