How do I reach my case officer?

Please refer to your letter or email on the case officer assigned and his/her contact details. You may also log in to your dashboard with your Singpass for updates.
You can also click on "Ask TADM" chatbot advisory service to get immediate answers to your queries. You may be directed to make an appointment to speak to an advisory officer if the chatbot is unable to address your queries.
