This e-learning course is designed to support employers, HR practitioners, and supervisors in strengthening their grievance handling practices, in line with the Workplace Fairness Act and the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), which took effect on 1 Dec 2024.
Under the TG-FWAR, disagreements arising from flexible work arrangement requests should first be addressed through the organisation’s internal grievance handling process.
By the end of this course, learners will understand workplace grievances and their potential impact on the organisation, and be equipped with the knowledge to manage them through a proper grievance handling process.

- Implementing a Proper Grievance Handling Process
- Carrying Out the Grievance Handling Procedure
