Report on Workplace Harassment

If you have experienced harassment at your workplace, you can report the matter to TAFEP by filling up the form below.

Depending on the details provided, we may contact you for more information, and follow up with the firm and parties involved. If you have any concerns or objections to us approaching the firm, please provide your reasons in the report. We will duly assess and discuss with you during our follow up, taking into account your concerns.

TAFEP can advise you on the actions you can consider taking, such as:

  • File a claim for wrongful dismissal with TADM if you have been dismissed
  • File a police report
  • Seek Protection Orders from the State Courts
  • Take civil action against the harasser or stalker via the District Court
  • Consider mediation by the Community Mediation Centre (CMC)
  • For Union Members, seek assistance from NTUC Workplace Advisory or U PME Centre

The Employer Advisory Service is an extension of our engagement with employers to create fair, responsible and progressive workplaces in Singapore and to raise employment standards. Our service provides scenario-based advice on the following which impact employment terms and conditions: 

The Employment Act and relevant parts of the Child Development Co-Savings Act, and the Retirement and Re-employment Act.
Relevant guidelines,  advisories and tripartite standards namely, Tripartite Guidelines for Fair Employment Practices, Tripartite Advisory on Managing Excess Manpower and Responsible RetrenchmentTripartite Standards, Flexible Wage System  and  other progressive practices and norms.

Block: 1 hour ($60), 1.5 hour ($120), 2 hours ($180).

Block: 15 mins ($12) and 30 mins ($24). 

  1. This is a payable service for employers seeking scenario-based Employment Act or other specified advice. Please make payment via visa, mastercard and eNets direct debit.  
  2. The required notice for appointments is 2 working days. Hence, for bookings made:
    • Up to 5.30 pm, the earliest appointment will be in 2 working days.
    • After 5.30 pm, the earliest appointment will be in 3 working days.
  3. There will be no refund for cancelled, no-show or non-contactable appointments.
  4. You may reschedule an upcoming appointment on a one-time basis (within a 3-week period).
  5. If you are an employee, please contact MOM or TADM for assistance.

Important 
If you meet an issue in booking and/or payment, please: 

  1. Ensure use of a local IP address to access the right system at making an online appointment
  2. Clear your system browser cache or history, confirm non-bank payment if applicable, and try again. 
  3. Check for confirmation email and tax invoice/receipt which are issued upon  successful booking and payment.
