If you have experienced discrimination at the workplace relating to age, gender, race, religion, language, marital status and family responsibility or disability, please report it using the form below. You may also use our form to report unreasonable employment terms or workplace harassment.

Depending on the details provided, we may contact you for more information, and follow up with the firm and parties involved. If you have any concerns or objections to us approaching the firm, please provide your reasons in the report. We will duly assess and discuss with you during our follow up, taking into account your concerns.

Face to Face Consultation
Meet us by making an online appointment 
on complex or multiple scenarios. 

Operating hours: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Block: 1 hour ($60), 1.5 hour ($120), 2 hours ($180).
Phone Consultation
Talk with us by making an online appointment
on short scenarios.

Operating hours: 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
Block: 15 mins ($12) and 30 mins ($24). 

  • This is a payable service for employers seeking scenario-based Employment Act or other specified advice. Please make payment via visa, mastercard and eNets direct debit.  
  • There will be no refund for cancelled, no-show or non-contactable appointments.
  • You may reschedule an upcoming appointment on a one-time basis (within a 3-week period).
  • If you are an employee, please contact MOM or TADM for assistance.
