2. Get Advice on Employment Matters
The Employer Advisory Service (EAS) offers advice on how to apply the Employment Act in different scenarios. It also provides guidance on the employment terms and conditions required under specific labour laws (e.g. Child Development Co-Savings Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and Retirement and Re-employment Act).
