If you have an existing appointment, you can manage your appointment online. If you have a case officer, please call or email them directly, based on the contact details provided in your letter.

 

I am unable to file my claim online due to technical errors

We recommend using Internet Explorer and ensuring that you’ve disabled your pop-up blockers before you file your claim online. If you are unable to make payment, please refer to our payment guide. You need to make payment within 3 calendar days after you file your claim online. Otherwise, your case will be closed automatically and you will need to file a new claim.

If you are still unable to file your claim online due to technical errors, please use the form below to contact us with a screenshot of the error, together with the date and time. We will reply to you within 3 to 7 working days.

We have two locations with different supporting services. In general, you must make an appointment before visiting us. Walk-in customers will be asked to schedule an appointment for a different day.

If you are left with less than one week to submit your claim under the Employment Act or Employment Claims Act, we may attend to you on an exceptional basis. Use our mediation guide to find out what claims are covered and their time limits. Please note that we will not be able to serve you if you arrive after 4.45pm, as each advisory session takes at least 45 minutes.
