Guide to WSH for Management Corporation Strata Title

The MCST development plays an important role to ensure that all work activities by their contractors and/or workers are carried out in a safe and healthy manner in compliance with the WSH Act. This guide aims to provide the management council and relevant stakeholders, particularly managing agents, complex managers and condominium managers, an insight into the roles and responsibilities of the MCSTs in safeguarding the safety and health of workers, residents, tenants and visitors. This guide also recommends some safe management practices for the MCST’s reference and adoption, where appropriate.
