ReXilience® Talks (on Self-Care)

Developed by the Department of TRaCS, Changi General Hospital, the self-care programmes are focused on developing skill sets to enhance psychological resistance and foster resilience. 

Through the programmes, individuals will:
Be equipped with skills and knowledge for self-help.
Understand the support and resources available.

ReXilience® Courses (on Team Care)

Developed by the Department of TRaCS, Changi General Hospital, the team-care programmes are focused on helping participants develop skill sets to enhance psychological resistance, foster resilience and facilitate recovery.

Individuals will:
Be equipped with skills and knowledge to provide psychological support to others.
Understand the support system and resources available, and be able to share these with others.

ReXilience® Services (on Organisational-Care)

Developed by the Department of TRaCS, Changi General Hospital, the Organisational-Care programmes are targeted at inculcating skill sets to enhance psychological resistance, foster resilience and facilitate recovery.

Organisations will be able to:
Ensure that structures, processes and training are put in place to support employees in the organisation during both peacetime and crises.
Ensure that the support system and resources are available to staff.

WSQ-Certified Training in Peer-to-peer Mental Well-being Support @ Work

The WSQ-Certified Training in Peer-to-peer Mental Well-being Support @ Work course aims to equip individuals with peer supporting and basic psychological first aid skills so as to provide adequate mental well-being support and interventions to assist distressed colleagues and peers. You can look forward to a curriculum that has been crafted by trained professionals from the Singapore Anglican Community Services, in consultation with the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) and Institute of Mental Health (IMH). 

This course is jointly put together by Young NTUC and NTUC LearningHub, and supported by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council).

Peer Support Specialist Programme

The Peer Support Specialist Programme is Singapore's first national training programme to prepare individuals for the role of Peer Support Specialists. The formal and structured training equips persons with mental health conditions with peer support skills to leverage their lived experience to support others on their recovery journeys.
