Reducing Slips, Trips, and Falls in Hospitals

This publication shares the findings of a design project on the root causes of slips, trips and falls (STF) in Singapore’s hospitals. Combining analysis of reported incidents with insights from healthcare professionals, it examines organisational, environmental and behavioural factors, and offers opportunities for intervention to help healthcare institutions strengthen workplace safety and reduce STF risks.
