Request for Proposal for the Top Executive WSH Programme

04 Aug 2023 Announcements

The WSH Council invites prospective training providers to submit a proposal for the conduct of the Top Executive WSH Programme

In May 2023, the Ministry of Manpower announced the new SAFE (Safety Accountability, Focus and Empowerment) measures to achieve more sustainable WSH outcomes. Chief Executives or Board Directors of companies in high-risk sectors are required to attend the Top Executive WSH Programme (TEWP) by March 2024.

The TEWP assists corporate leaders in meeting their WSH responsibilities and developing their company’s WSH capabilities. The TEWP will eventually replace the existing bizSAFE Level 1 training course and be recognised for bizSAFE Level 1 application.

The WSH Council invites interested training providers to submit their proposals to conduct the TEWP through an e-learning course, in-person training, or both. The training topics are to be related to workplace safety and health for Chief Executives and Board Directors.

Training providers may download the RFP specifications, and register for a RFP briefing to understand more on the RFP requirements and to seek clarifications, if any. Note that attendance for the briefing session is compulsory for training providers interested to conduct the TEWP.

Important dates to remember:
RFP briefing: 14 August 2023
Submission deadline: 21 August 2023
Proposal presentation: 28 August to 30 September 2023
