The FPEIndex Workplace Fairness module helps employers assess how your organisation’s employment practices align with the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA) and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
Use this module to:
- Reflect on employment decisions across the employee lifecycle
- Assess current employment practices against WFA requirements
- Identify areas for improvement to strengthen organisational capability beyond baseline compliance with the WFA and TGFEP
This module has four sections: Introduction, Pre-employment, In-employment (including grievance handling), and End-employment. As you complete each section, you will receive targeted recommendations on specific practice gaps. Once you finish all 36 performance statements, you can download a consolidated report.
