Exemplary employers put people at the heart of their business. They adopt fair and progressive employment practices as HR strategies (e.g. flexible work arrangements). This allows them to create and sustain an inclusive workplace, and promote the well-being of their employees.

A good way to become an exemplary employer is to learn from those who already follow such practices:

  • The Human Capital Partnership (HCP) Programme brings exemplary employers together and surfaces stories for others to learn from. Learn from our Human Capital Partners , members of the HCP, on what they are doing to attract, develop and retain talent
  • The Tripartite Alliance Award (TA Award) recognises exemplary organisations that have effectively implemented fair, responsible and progressive employment practices. Find inspiration from past award winners who have demonstrated effective and forward-thinking employment practices.
