What Employers Can Apply For

If your organisation is registered or incorporated in Singapore, you may register for WorkPro . This includes societies and non-profit organisations such as charities and voluntary welfare organisations.

Organisations tapping on WorkPro can receive up to $425,000 to implement and sustain initiatives in the following areas: 
Implementation of age management practices (ceased w.e.f. 1 Sep 2019); redesigning workplaces and processes to create easier, safer and smarter jobs for workers aged 50 and above; and implementation of FWAs for all local workers.

What Employees Can Apply For

Under the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy , Singaporeans aged 40 and above can enjoy course fee subsidies of up to 90 percent. This applies for WDA-funded courses at the diploma, post-diploma and undergraduate degree level. This provides mid-career professionals with more options to acquire relevant skills.
