The Employer Advisory Service (EAS) will be provided by Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) with effect from 1 April 2026. 2) The questionnaire should take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
3) Upon completion, you will receive the download link to the adopter’s kit.

Tripartite Standard on Age-Friendly Workplace Practices (TS-AFW)	Complete the mandatory Post-Adoption Questionnaire for TS-AFW to receive the download link to the adopter's kit.

Tripartite Standard on Flexible Work Arrangements (TS-FWA)	The TS-FWA was discontinued on 1 December 2024. Companies that have adopted the TS-FWA will still be recognised as adopters and may continue to use the TS-FWA logo.
