This e-learning course is developed to support employers, HR practitioners and people managers in preparation for the upcoming Workplace Fairness Act.

This course comprises 2 modules:
  • Module 1: Workplace Discrimination and Legislative Requirements
  • Module 2: Penalties and Dispute Resolution process

Workplace Fairness Act Module 1: Workplace Discrimination and Legislative Requirements

By the end of this module, learners will be familiarised with responsibilities and obligations under the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA).

This 40-minute e-learning course will cover:

  • Introduction to the Workplace Fairness Act
  • Scope of Discrimination
  • Further Requirements under the WFA for Employers

Workplace Fairness Act Module 2:  Penalties and Dispute Resolution process

By the end of this module, learners will be familiarised with procedural rights and processes and penalties under the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA).
