This e-learning course is designed for employers, HR practitioners, and people managers. It supports organisations in understanding their responsibilities and obligations under the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA).
When applied in practice, this knowledge supports organisations in making fair employment decisions and complying with legislative requirements.
This course comprises 2 modules:
Module 1: Workplace Discrimination and Legislative Requirements (40 minutes)
- Understand the key provisions of the Workplace Fairness Act
- Identify what constitutes workplace discrimination under the WFA
- Recognise employers’ responsibilities and additional requirements under the WFA
Module 2: Penalties and Dispute Resolution Processes (10 minutes)
- Understand the penalties for non-compliance under the WFA
- Learn the dispute resolution framework and processes
- Recognise procedural rights and responsibilities of employers and employees
More details will be shared closer to launch. This module is scheduled for release in Q2 2026.
