About the TS-RP Clinic (Blended Learning)

The clinic is designed to help employers gain a deeper understanding of fair recruitment practices required to adopt the Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices (TS-RP).

Before attending the clinic, participants are required to complete the e-learning course: 'Introduction to Fair Hiring'. The link to the e-learning course will be sent after successful registration.

The e-learning and clinic session aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:

  • Develop policies and processes to guide merit-based recruitment;
  • Create non-discriminatory job ads and job application forms;
  • Conduct non-discriminatory job interviews;
  • Assess and select job applicants fairly based on merit.

Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices are seen as progressive employers who can better attract a wider pool of candidates to recruit from; increasing their chances of finding the best person for the job and strengthening the brand reputation of the organisation.
