About the TS-GH Clinic (Blended Learning)
The clinic is designed to help employers gain a deeper understanding of good grievance handling practices required to adopt the Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling (TS-GH).
Before attending the clinic, participants are required to complete the e-learning course: 'Implementing a Grievance Handing Process'. The link to the e-learning course will be sent after successful registration.
The e-learning and clinic session aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:
- Manage workplace grievances more effectively and objectively;
- Understand the different types of workplace grievances that can occur and their potential impact on the organization;
- Apply appropriate procedure to address and resolve grievances.
Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling are seen as progressive employers who provide a safe environment for their employees to raise concerns, building an inclusive and harmonious workplace for all.

CPD Accreditation
