About the TS-GH Clinic (Blended Learning)

The clinic is designed to help employers gain a deeper understanding of good grievance handling practices required to adopt the Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling (TS-GH).

Before attending the clinic, participants are required to complete the e-learning course: 'Implementing a Grievance Handing Process'. The link to the e-learning course will be sent after successful registration.

The e-learning and clinic session aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to:

  • Manage workplace grievances more effectively and objectively;
  • Understand the different types of workplace grievances that can occur and their potential impact on the organization;
  • Apply appropriate procedure to address and resolve grievances.

Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling are seen as progressive employers who provide a safe environment for their employees to raise concerns, building an inclusive and harmonious workplace for all.

CPD Accreditation

What do I need in order to access the event registration form?

To access the event registration form on EmPOWER, you need the following:

  • Corppass. Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
  • Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:
  1. Log in to Corppass.
  2. Go to eServices Access tab.
  3. Choose EmPOWER  as one of your company’s eServices.
  4. Assign EmPOWER  to your Corppass account.
