About the TS-AFW Clinic

The TS on Age-Friendly Workplace Practices (TS-AFW) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of good age management practices required to better support their older employees at the workplace.

Participants will get insights on how to put in place necessary training and workplace health programmes that can assist to extend older workers employability and for them to stay productive. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Age-Friendly Workplace Practices are seen as progressive employers who provide a conducive and inclusive environment for their employees. They recognise the wealth of experience older employees bring, which in turn will help them better attract and retain good talents.

CPD Accreditation

What do I need in order to access the event registration form?

To access the event registration form on EmPOWER, you need the following:

  • Corppass. Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
  • Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:
  1. Log in to Corppass.
  2. Go to eServices Access tab.
  3. Choose EmPOWER  as one of your company’s eServices.
  4. Assign EmPOWER  to your Corppass account.
