About the TS-LWW Workshop

The TS on Advancing Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers (TS-LWW) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the good practices required to uplift the well-being of their lower wage workers.

Participants will get insights on how to better support their lower wage workers' development, available resources to chart training plans and career pathways, as well as necessary health and safety areas to pay attention to. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Advancing Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers gain recognition as a progressive employer; they can better extend their lower-wage workers’ productive longevity, improve job retention and deepen skills, which increases employee motivation, to achieve better work performance.

CPD Accreditation

What do I need in order to access the event registration form?

To access the event registration form on EmPOWER, you need the following:

  • Corppass. Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
  • Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:
  1. Log in to Corppass.
  2. Go to eServices Access tab.
  3. Choose EmPOWER  as one of your company’s eServices.
  4. Assign EmPOWER  to your Corppass account.
