The Tripartite Alliance Award (TAA) 2027 will open for applications later this year.  

The TAA, organised biennially by TAFEP, is conferred by the tripartite partners (Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF)) to recognise organisations that excel in building fair and progressive workplaces and keep employees at the heart of their progress in four award categories: 

  • Fair and Progressive Employment Practices 

  • Work-Life Excellence 

  • Age Inclusive Practices 

  • Responsible Outsourcing Practices  

Join the TAA 2027 briefing sessions to learn more about the application timeline, eligibility criteria, and get your questions answered!  

Interested in a particular award category?  

Attend category-specific briefings to learn about the key assessment criteria, best practices and tips for completing the application form. The sessions will also showcase examples from past award-winning submissions and highlight common gaps identified in previous applications. 

Use this opportunity to seek clarification on category-specific questions answered as well.

What do I need in order to access the event registration form?

To access the event registration form on EmPOWER, you need the following:

  • Corppass. Apply for Corppass if you don’t have one.
  • Your Corppass admin or sub-admin must assign your Corppass account:
  1. Log in to Corppass.
  2. Go to eServices Access tab.
  3. Choose EmPOWER  as one of your company’s eServices.
  4. Assign EmPOWER  to your Corppass account.
