  • A case study sharing on “Upskilling & reskilling Singapore over the years” tracing the evolution of skills development policies through six decades of tripartite collaboration, marking Singapore's diamond jubilee with a reflection on our nation's workforce transformation journey.
  • A panel discussion with senior tripartite leaders exploring how tripartism addresses the challenges of skills policy implementation and examine the future competencies needed to enhance workers' skills adequacy.
