An insightful afternoon with students from various universities and polytechnics at the annual Tripartite Collective Youth Experience Programme “Empowering Your Future”

 

Post-Event Highlights

The event comprises: 

  • A presentation on Mandai's sustainability journey and how tripartism has been instrumental in driving workplace transformation.  
  • Panel discussion with senior tripartite leaders who shared ground-level perspectives on navigating sustainability challenges, how employers and unions build trust, and what meaningful work looks like in a fast-changing economy.  
  • A learning journey around Bird Paradise where students explored Mandai's sustainability initiatives firsthand and a case study discussion facilitated by NTUC Youth where students discussed how tripartite partners can better support students entering the workforce.
