The event comprises:

  • A presentation on "Tripartism in Action: 20 Years of Shaping Progressive Workplaces" tracing how tripartite partners have shaped Singapore's progressive employment landscape over the past two decades through TAFEP, and the impact of fair and progressive workplace practices on employers and workers.
  • A sharing by Singtel on their approach to fair and progressive employment, including best practices adopted and the responsible use of AI to support a progressive workplace.
  • A panel discussion with senior tripartite leaders exploring how tripartite collaboration can continue to support employers and workers in building progressive workplaces for the future.
