Public Consultation for Code of Practice for WSH Risk Management

26 Apr 2021 Announcements

The Ministry of Manpower and the WSH Council first published the Code of Practice for WSH Risk Management (RMCP) in 2011. The RMCP was subsequently revised in 2012 and 2015 and has since been widely adopted throughout workplaces in Singapore.

Addressing the threat of terrorism is the responsibility of every community and organisation in Singapore. The WSH Council convened a new working group to draft the third revision of RMCP to include the assessment of security-related risks at workplaces. Further, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the working group enhanced the RMCP to include considerations for disease outbreaks and mental well-being at workplaces.

We invite industry members to share your valuable feedback with us prior to publication at https://go.gov.sg/rmcpv3. Please download the draft Code of Practice for WSH Risk Management (RMCP). The public consultation opens on 27 April and closes on 22 May 2021. Should you have any questions regarding the Public Comment process, do reach contact@wshc.sg.

Your views are important and will help to shape the future of workplace safety and health in Singapore. Together, we can keep Singapore a great and safe place to live, work and play.
