About the TS-FWA and TS-WLH Clinic
The TS on Flexible Work Arrangements (TS-FWA) and Work-Life Harmony (TS-WLH) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the good practices required to support employees to effectively manage work responsibilities and personal aspirations.
Participants will get insights on employee support schemes, work-life programmes, and the types of Flexible Work Arrangements available and see examples of companies who have done this well. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Flexible Work Arrangements and Tripartite Standard on Work-Life Harmony gain recognition as a progressive employer and can better attract and retain employees, improve employee morale and engagement for better work performance.
