About the briefing

Do you have a fair mindset ? Are your employment decisions coloured by your biases ? Come and understand your unconscious biases and how they can affect employment related decisions made at pre-employment and in-employment stages.

The presenter will also cover the principles of the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, including how these principles could be applied to employment practices for them to be fair and based on merit. Learning is facilitated through sharing of case studies and short quizzes, including a Q&A segment.
