About the TS-GH Clinic

The TS on Grievance Handling (TS-GH) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of good grievance handling practices required to ensure effective grievance management at the workplace.

Participants will get insights on how to put in place grievance handling policies and procedures to better manage workplace grievances fairly and objectively. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Grievance Handling are seen as progressive employers who provide a safe environment for their employees to raise concerns; building an inclusive and harmonious workplace for all.
