About the TS-GH Workshop

The TS on Grievance Handling (TS-GH) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of good grievance handling practices that should be implemented at the workplace.

Participants will learn how to put in place grievance handling policies and procedures to better manage workplace grievances fairly and objectively. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standards on Grievance Handling are seen as progressive employers who provide a safe environment for their employees to raise concerns; building an inclusive and harmonious workplace for all.
