About the TS-RP Clinic
The TS on Recruitment Practices (TS-RP) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the good recruitment practices required to ensure fair hiring at the workplace.
Participants will get insights on how to assess and select job applicants fairly based on merit. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices gain recognition as a progressive employer and can better attract a wider pool of candidates to recruit from, increasing their chances of finding the best person for the job and strengthening the brand reputation of the organisation.

CPD Accreditation
Participants in this programme who are IHRP-certified will be awarded 2 CPD hours following successful submission of hours through IHRP Portal.
