About the TS-LWW Workshop

The TS on Advancing Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the good practices that employers should implement at the workplace to uplift the well-being of their lower wage workers.

Participants will get insights on how to better support their lower wage workers development, learn what are available resources to chart training plans and career pathways, as well as necessary health and safety implementations. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Advancing Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers gain recognition as a progressive employer; they can better extend their lower-wage workers’ productive longevity, improve job retention and deepen skills, which increases employee motivation, to achieve better work performance.
