About the TS-RP Workshop

The TS on Recruitment Practices (TS-RP) Clinic aims to help employers gain a deeper understanding of the good recruitment practices that should be implemented at the workplace.

Participants will learn how to assess and select job applicants fairly based on merit. Employers who adopt the Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices gain recognition as a progressive employer and can better attract a wider pool of candidates to recruit from, increasing their chances of finding the best person for the job and strengthening the brand reputation of the organisation.
