As an employer, you are legally obligated to keep your workplaces safe for employees by preventing and managing workplace harassment. You can also be held responsible for acts of harassment committed by your employees, as long as they occur in your workplace. Learn to recognise harassment when it occurs and how to handle and resolve them.

Ms Linda Ang was a Senior IR Consultant in SNEF. She provides human resource management/ industrial relations advice and services to clients. She has also been conducting courses on HR/IR topics in centre and online, as well as crafting and presenting customised training programmes based on employers’ requests and requirements.
