What You Can Apply for

Employers implementing Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) can seek funding from the enhanced Work-Life Grant , with effect from 1 July 2018.

Administered by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC)’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), the enhanced Work-Life Grant supports employers in the following ways:

  • FWA Incentive of up to $70,000 to incentivise companies to sustain the implementation of FWAs for their local employees
  • Job Sharing Incentive of up to $35,000 to incentivise employers to implement job sharing for employees at the PMET-level drawing a gross monthly salary of $3,600, prior to the job sharing arrangement
