Yes. Mediation is for both the employer and employee to address the claims and to support any assertions with evidence.

If you fail to attend mediation (be it in-person or online), a Claim Referral Certificate (CRC) may be issued to the claimant to pursue the claim further at the Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT), which is part of State Courts.
